Allan Myers’ quarries supply quality crushed stone products, including base and crusher run, concrete and bedding, asphalt aggregate, erosion control and boulders.

Our Coatesville Resale Yard is open. The yard is located next to the Coatesville Asphalt plant in Chester County, PA, and stocks stone and sand products.

BASE AND CRUSHER RUN
Base and crusher run is commonly used as sub-base and base for highways, roads, driveways and parking lots. It is also suitable as backfill, road shoulder material and under concrete curb and gutter. Varying in size from a fine powder to about an inch, these grades get best results when compacted in place.

CONCRETE AND BEDDING/ASPHALT AGGREGATE
Concrete and bedding and asphalt aggregate is versatile and may be used for a variety of commercial and residential projects, including asphalt course-base mix, a touch-up for stone driveways or in ready-mix concrete. Other applications include septic fields, bedding for large pipes, filter stone, dry wells, concrete slab bedding and residential drainage.

EROSION CONTROL
Larger grade stones are excellent for use around construction sites, especially for erosion control, new driveway bedding, choking and bridging in muddy areas and stabilizing parking areas. They are also good as filter stone for sewage plant clarifiers, railroad ballast, and landscaping and architectural stone.
